Actuellement, nous recherchons pour notre client, société de 70 collaborateurs située à PARIS, accès Saint-Lazare, un(e) HRBP H/F, dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim de 6 mois pour un accroissement temporaire d'activité.

Votre mission

The Role:
The role of the HR Business Partner, Manager, is to develop and implement people
initiatives that support our business objectives and values. This individual will work
closely with business leaders to identify, develop and ensure HR initiatives,
programs and services drive Yahoo's business objectives.
This role partners primarily with our French market along with other markets in
Europe. Our employees in Europe support a number of the business units within
Yahoo for example, Ad Sales, Editorial, Finance, Engineering, Legal.

Responsibilities:
● Translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda, initiatives,
and actions - and garner support/ownership for that agenda in the
organization
● Coach leaders on people related matters including talent assessment,
development and succession; organization effectiveness, and team
dynamics
● Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement
programs which foster employee engagement and success
● Ensure effective, efficient and timely execution of HR programs and
initiatives
● Measure, monitor, and impact key HR metrics and dashboards to facilitate
change for the future
● Training: responsible for identifying employee training needs in France,Work
with external consultants to identify available training, and additional
training funds with the OPCO (AFDAS).
● Labor Relations: Deliver all aspects in relation to labor relations (Works
Council)
● Ensure legal compliance associated with market
● Health & Safety: support processes in relation with health and safety,
psychosocial and physical risk assessments, preventive measures action
plan, site inspections, organize mandatory training, etc.
● Employee Relations: support on disciplinary processes, terminations,
litigation cases

● Outstanding functional HR knowledge
● Ability to work well under pressure, voice opinions and suggestions on best
practice in a logical and reasonable manner
● Working in a multicultural environment, preferably from an international
company background

Rémunération : 70 à 80 K€ sur 12 mois
